Park Ridge Exchange has been locally owned and operated since 1970. Since our inception we have maintained a hands on philosophy that has kept our service a level above the competition.
In 1970 the business started with a 24 line telephone system, which eventually was upgraded to PBX cord boards handling up to 100 telephone numbers. Today we utilize Amtelco's patented, award-winning Infinity call management system that allows us to customize your account to the specific needs of your business. Overtime, we have gained a unique amount of experience servicing a large variety of customers. Combing that experience with the extensive features that the Infinity system has to offer, your customers will feel the comfort level they deserve while we take your calls.
